We offer our principals comprehensive advisory services on all matters relating to real property and construction law, in particular in implementing real estate projects of all kinds.
We provide support services to private and public-sector clients as well as to construction firms from a wide variety of branches concerning all matters arising in connection with major projects, new building projects and rehabilitation measures. This includes consultation on all matters related to Public Private Partnerships.
We also advise architects, engineers and project developers. In particular we cooperate closely with architects' and engineers' liability insurers in supporting and representing their clientele.
For major projects we arrange companies formed in advance of needs by Fact Verwaltungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft mbH, a company for which the partners of our law firm are responsible.
Our advisory services range from purchasing land through project steering, planning and construction execution, up to selling or renting the completed real property.
We advise on the conclusion of land purchase contracts, provide support in creating the right to build and support permit-issuing procedures. We remain at the disposal of our principals in all questions concerning the law on awarding contracts too. This includes representation in review proceedings regarding public procument proceedings before local and federal review boards and the respective appeal courts.
We work out contracts of all kinds, e.g. for the concrete construction project, as well as general terms and conditions of business. We advise our principals at each phase of the construction procedure.
We support building clients in safeguarding realisation of their projects in line with the contracts, defending unjustified claims and enforcing warranty claims.
We advise construction companies and joint ventures on entering into the construction contract, securing and enforcing their claims for compensation for work, and on defending unjustified warranty claims.
