Dr. Paolo Beconcini, born 1971 in Florence, Italy
After studies of Italian law in Florence Dr. Beconcini wrote his doctoral thesis on International private Law. From 1999 through 2005 he worked with several internationally active law firms in Hongkong, Stuttgart and Milan. He specialised i.a. on international litigation in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. Since the beginning of 2006 Dr. Beconcini is with our Shanghai office in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. He is not admitted to the bar.
