Dr. Mario Feuerstein, born 1969 in Cloppenburg. Studies of law at the University of Osnabrück. He absolved his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Berlin, doctoral degree 2000. He worked as an Assistant Professor of Law (University of Osnabrück 2000-2002) and Associate Professor of Law (Tohoku University, Japan 2002-2005). Admitted to the bar 2005. Until May 2006 attorney-at-law with the law firm of Beiten Burkhardt in Munich and Shanghai. Since June 2006 attorney-at-law in our Shanghai office. In 2007 he has successfully participated in the Detmold tax law course of the DAI.
